Complementary to Neolifting, Face Yoga is the part that you perform for yourself, you learn the moves and perform them regularly. The frequency, duration and technique is all taught in a Face Yoga session. These sessions can be conducted one-on-one. It can be performed up to 4 times a week, for no longer than 45-50 mins/session. Your hands are your main tool while performing Face Yoga while you can also use tools like Gua Sha, Facial oils, Facial cups when as needed for added effects.
